Commercial space is available in our building at 77 S Riverside!  5 varied office units on the second floor and a bullpen area as well.    Upgrades coming soon.

A small retail shop should be available at 77 S Riverside unit 1B soon.  We need to do the build out on it, but it will be a nice basic unit.

2 large private offices are available in the McBride Building, 53 Douglas Ave, now, #205 and #204.  I'll post details and pictures soon.  These are great single office units with high ceilings, utilities included, usable for many businesses in a gorgeous building that has recent updates.

Monthly Homepage Update
April 12, 2022:

There is a lot to do in Downtown Elgin at this time!

For our internal projects, the building at 61-65 S Grove is moving ahead well, get excited as you will see a lot of changes soon!  77 S Riverside 2nd floor will have hallway beautification soon.  The space at 77-1-B is being planned right now.  More upgrades coming soon.

Red Poppy Bistro-109 E Highland- is open for Brunch and Price Fix meals Friday through Sunday.

Vern's Tavern -76 S Grove- is open and amazing!  Great drinks and plenty of options, friendly staff.  You will have so much fun!  Open 7 days a week from 4:30 PM to 2 AM, with extended hours coming soon, come on by and try them out!

Artistic Framing and Supplies and Andersen's Trophy and Gifts are loving their new unit at 59 Douglas Ave where they moved in together from our units at 25 and 27 N Grove.  Visit them in their new space to see what's up!

Cooks sweet boutique at 213 E Chicago Street has some amazing options, try them out!
